Group 1 began the day by making a mess with an experiment where we had to put paint in a pot with a special tablet that made the lid fly off and create a SPLAT on a canvas bag. We all enjoyed hearing it POP and seeing the funky pattern it made on our bags.

Group 2 began the day by exploring the exhibit room. Some of us made a 3D house together using the building blocks.

In the afternoon, we experimented with different bubble recipes to see which group could make the biggest bubbles. We had to carefully mix the ingredients together before we went outside to put them to the test.

Finally, we had an interesting talk on the STEM Centre's different rovers and an exciting science show where we took part in some more demonstrations that tested forces and reactions.

We had a great time and enjoyed being scientists for the day!
