Here, a large number of both classes went out on to the mean streets of Bedford with their instructor.  Hopefully they feel a lot more confident and capable whilst riding than they did before.

5D enjoyed a trip out to Castle Newnham secondary school to watch a rehearsal of their spring musical – Guys and Dolls.  This brought 1930s New York city, with its gangster and prohibition themes, to the stage.  The performance was high energy and interlaced with elements of audience participation. 

It was  a great way to showcase the school - 5L will be watching Mary Poppins in the summer.

Matthew’s Blog – 6/2/25

This term, we have done bike ability. This year in bike ability we have been doing road safety. We have been doing U turns, left turn in, right turn in, left turn out and right turn out. It has been super fun and we get a certificate and a badge. In year3, we do stage1 in year5, we do stage2 and in year7 we do stage3.
