Every day people in the UK go hungry for many reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income. Bedford Foodbank’s volunteers work with referral partners to provide a minimum of three days emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis in our community.  

Dis you know that last year Trussell Trust foodbanks in the UK gave food over 1 million times to people experiencing food poverty!

 

 

 

 

 

This year, with your generous support we filled 10 very full crates of donations which are much needed to help local families in need.  This morning the van came to take our collection to Bedford Foodbank who are currently feeding over 2000 people each month.

A huge thank you from us, to everyone who very generously donated to the appeal and to the children who sorted out the donations as they came in :)
