Week commencing Monday 28th November 2016
Welcome back to our Reception blog!
We have been challenging our taste buds this week and have tasted a range of fruit juices and most children were also able to identify the rogue juice (yellow flavoured water) as just water! We have been fine-tuning our Christmas production and we hope you have all ordered your tickets for this special event in our calendar!
We have also had a visit from the NSPCC and the children were given a brief presentation on how to stay safe and who would be a safe person to talk to.
Next week we will have our final rehearsals for the production and we will also be going to watch the dress rehearsal of the KS1 Christmas production. We will continue to work on our phonics and will be making an edible Christmas wreath! Over the weekend it would be lovely if your children could practise writing and recognising their numbers to 20. Please bring their work in to share with the rest of the class!
